This test is carried by cutting a slot into the structure to accommodate flat jacks or two, keeping the second jack at perpendicular to the previous one. This flat jack is than pressurized to desire level and related strains in adjoining area is read. For Stress measurement a single flat jack can be used BUT for deformability and Resistance.
